Best Brake Pads for the money?

Time for some new rear brake pads, does anyone have any good suggestions on good sites for good but afforable pads for our car?

I really, really like the wagner ceramic pads. O'reilly's has them. No noise, very little dust, cheaper than stock, great wear, etc

Since it is for the rear, and the rear brakes do much less than the front, OEM is fine.

I have Hawk HPS. Dust a little bit but i'm gonna take off my dust shield instead of it all staying in the room to see if that helps....I'll make my car do a headstand if I want it to.
