'95 I30!!!!!
HAHAHA, Psych! Not really............... BUT............
The '96 I30T production date 9/95 that I just put an engine and tranny in......... has no evap!! No purge control valve, no vacuum cut valve, no charcoal canister, no nothing on the wiring harness for any of them either, weird right? It's like a '95 fed spec maxima, even weirder my obdII says it's CA emmisions, yet there is no evap test functions or evap readiness moniters. The hood doesn't have the emmissions label anymore unfortunatly. This is weird though.

that's weird as hell, but than again alot of 95's have the evap as well, but it's been on the road for a little bit, no codes or any issues, we'll see when he goes for a sticker what happens, I'm kinda scared.

haha, I figured this all out looking in the fsm's. The 96 I30 fsm has two different evap sections for cali & non cali, so doesn't the 95 maxima fsm, just not the 96 max fsm, so apparantly '96 I30's with federal emmisions are old school like the '95 fed spec max's, weird, I think my scanner just sucks and that's why it said california emmisions, I'm sure the original hood sticker would have said otherwise. God I need to get a life, most pointless thread ever.
