Just got my tails smoked!! Came out perfect!! It is now a dark ruby red, although the pics below make it look MUCH darker, it's because of the camera phone.

So has anyone cleared the turn signal before? I know it's not a yellow bulb, rather a square box on the inside. Will take better pics in the sun, it is cloudy in NJ.

swap em for I30 tail lights. lol. I am pretty sure my I30 only has yellow bulbs, much like in the front. I installed my new headlights today, but i'm stealing the internet off the neighbor's, just moved in a new place, so donno when i can upload pictures. That tint looks sick. Where did you get it? Or did you ask the shop that did your roof?
I'm really interested.

so i couldn't wait any longer and took my kit out of the box and test fitted it. i'll also sneak my new headlights in the pics haha. sooooooo you mentioned the honda style. I was thinking, and i really like the black on white look. considering that i'll paint my calipers white and the wheels are black already.
i wouldn't leave it unpainted but get a really classy black paint on it.
what do you guys think?

The tail tint is Lamin-X, easily available online or in stores. And the same guy who did my roof did the tail tint too, highly recommend him to the tri-state peeps.

McSteve, maybe you can go for the panda look black lip all around, black wheels, black roof? and white body

wow man your car really coming along together. Well in the pics the taillights look too dark to me but its probably lighter in person. I was in nj today talking about getting mine tinted too but I hope its reversible as long as its not sprayed on. Anyway I would love to see your car in person oneday.

So for the guy with the i30, are those ebay headlights? How is the light output and also what bulb they use in the projectors? Your car looks nice too but not digging the black lip.

I will be prob going to at least 1 or 2 of the NYCMaximas' meets this summer, maybe I'll see you there

And I can answer on the eBay headlights, let's just say a flashlight has better output.

i'll post pics of the headlight output. I have 8k HID's in them. I mean if you have a flashlight like that please get me one of those! I'm not too happy about the cutoff but it's decent. And i just pushed the Lip on it, that's how it came, unpainted. I dropped it off at the shop today. QT1 it is. I really do kind of like the black and white tho lol.
http://www.ionicdynamics.com/I35kit.html is where you can get the kit. On their car the white on white looks kind of lame, but I hope because the car is lowered ridiculously, rims are ugly and the color doesn't match.
and it's only an I30. i know lameo haha. I'm thinking about gettin a mesh grill tho. I saw one on cardomain that had mesh in the bottom holes as well and that looked pretty sick. does anyone know about how to go about that?

McSteve, go buy a Maglite flashlight and do the comparison, the flashlight even has wider output

Hopefully I can drop off my car today at the shop!

The quality is not bad, but installing it was a pain, had to adjust the brackets, def not a bolt-on and forget it thing. Don't feel much difference really, I don't push hard in the corners haha.

Not bad, not bad at all. But, I still like mine better

Must have been nice to cover up some of that lower bumper scarring

I'm sending my front bumper for a repaint once I get vehicle #3 out of the body shop.

What are you talking about? I never scraped my front and my car is immune to rocks on the highway

Still trying to figure out a way to get ST-R rear lips w/o calling down under.

Co-sign... I'll join a waiting list if we can get a few folks together to inspire an aussie (or other Nissan parts dude) to make a deal...

looks awesome man!
could you post some more pictures from further away and a picture from the side, like the profile of it? And you would do me a huge favor if you checked how the shop mounted the lip. Like are there little screws in there? I will try mounting it myself after I get the shop to paint it to keep cost down, and I think 3M tape in combination with bolts or screws through the factory holes might work.

Sorry don't know much about the installation, the shop did all the work. As for pics I haven't taken any b/c I just got a huge dent on my right fender, so the car is prob going back to the body shop again to get that and other dings fixed
