Can anyone decipher the sentence below and tell me what I would need to buy from a 03SE to make the spring swap work?

The SE also has a different rear insulator assembly-shock absorber mounting to accomodate the stiffer springs.

My goal is a H&R front - SE rear with stock struts (until they wear out 10-15k away with 40k on the car). Those combined with my RSB and FTSB should give me sportiness and comfort on the damaged freeways of Northern CA.

The springs will work just fine on the struts. All you need are the springs.

 

Thats what I thought, but that post made me think otherwise.. Thanks for confirming.
