I bought a Directed Electronics HD radio off ebay and I installed it today. I'm having some problems getting a good signal. I had to convert the two prong antenna cable to a universal coaxial to go into the HD hideaway box, going out of the box is 2 rca's which go to an aux input on my ipod adapter which goes back to the stock H/U. I can pick up some hd channels when the car is still, the regular channels work, but AM is just static. When I'm moving, I can hardly keep an HD channel, and FM goes in and out, terribly.

There is no antenna going into my H/U right now, do i need to convert the hd box's output to 2 prong and plug it back in? I don't see why but I'm so confused right now that I'll take any suggestions.
