2000 i30, SLIP and TCS lights, gas smell, cant drive pass 20 MPH
I have a 2000 infiniti i30t, 175,000 miles and the TCS and SLIP light have come on, now the car smells like gas when i turn it on, and it stalls when I try to drive, as it will not get past 20 MPH. Has anyone else had this kind of problem before or know what it could be? Does this sound like a bad senor or something much more worse?
Could someone have sabotaged my car by putting something in the gas tank to kill my engine?
or is this a fairly common problem? The car has run fine for years with no issues, besides an alternator replacement.

I have been having the same issues last week. Except I have a 2002 I35 with 177k miles on it.
I think it is an electrical problem though, I feel every time it is really humid and misty out the car has issues almost exactly to what you described above.
I just got the Throttle Body Actuator replaced. I am hoping it fixes the issue. Have you had any issues you your Catalytic Converter... mine needs replacing soon =(.

I have the same problem last week as well
I have been having the same issues a couple of weeks. Except I have a 2001 I30 with 12k miles on it. It happened a couple of times not able to be above 30MPH and the issue then disappeared. However, the gas smell sometimes was on the left side.
Any update for this issue?
Thanks,
Frank
