Cefiro owners..

anyone know why LED bulbs won't stay on(operate) in the corner light spot? I hate the amber look and i want something to match my head lights.

Also, why does the turn signal blink so fast?!

Doesn't sound like you got the right bulbs. LED's have a lower electrical resistance than halogens - hence the issue with the blinking operation.

You have to get LED bulbs with the resistors wired in. Where did you get these?

basically what I am looking for is LED parking light bulbs that will match my 8k hids. the ones that i currently have in now do not stay on when either the parking lights/head lights are on. they only light up when i use the turning signals.

I've heard good things about www.superbrightleds.com.

I would call them and see what they advise, I haven't used them first-hand.

I have used them in my I30
there a very good bulb and you will need the ceramic load resistor for all 4 corners of turn signal and for the corner lites they have ones that can be hard mounted with leads long enuff to wire in without much trouble.

Are you sure you're using the right shaped bulb?

I reto'd mine before they even went on the car so I dont have personal experience with the stock beam pattern. A friend of mine on here had them on his Maxima and we played around with them to eliminate some of the glare and poor beam pattern. We found that painting the bottom of the reflector made it better but not great. Theyre just made poorly, but great for retro's.

This may be ignorance on my part but I'm going to throw it out there to spark discussion.

I agree that H4 is the correct bulb for the car. But is it possible it's not the correct bulb shape for the housing?

Signals only flash

I know this is an old thread but I can't find the answer for a situation that was mentioned here.

I just put LED turn signal bulbs (3457A) in the front that only flash with signal or hazard. They don't stay on any other time.

What will fix this? Resistors? Different bulb brand?
