Air intake for "Middle East" Nissans/Infinitis?

Air intake for "Middle East" Nissans/Infinitis?
I recently heard that Nissan made a special intake manifold for cars shipped to the middle east, which is designed to add 20-25 horsepower. Has anybody else heard of this manifold, and if yes, do you know where I can get one?
