I have a 2001 Infiniti i30T v6, the other day i bought 2 control arms, the 4 struts, and rear bump stops, after they got changed the car started doing a grinding noise coming from the front passenger side, and every time i turn to the right, as a wide turn it does a noise that sounds like a knock, my mechanic told me it was my breaks because they were worn down, and i believed him because they were really worn down, so i did the break pads and it still does this noise, now i can't figure out what it is, anyone had this problem before?
no one is helping me out no more because i'm taped out on cash,
My tire on the passenger side is a little more worn down, can that be a reason for the grindin noise???? i got my car re alined and it still pulls to the right a lil
Please help me out if you got any info on this

 

Wheel bearing possibly. Or maybe they didnt tighten down the axle nut.
