the lights were blinking on and off for a week or so , then they went out all together. the gauges stil work fine.

Can take the cluster panel aprt and replace the bulbs myself? If so does anyone have some pics, advice, etc.

I read somewhere that this cluster panel has a long light (tube type) or does it have the smaller bulbs?

This is very late of a reply, but in case anyone searches for this in the future like I have;
The answers to the questions are yes, you can take it apart, yes it has a long tube for backlighting as well as individual bulbs/ LEDs for warning lights.
