Time for brake replacement on my 2001 I30 and I want to do an I35 conversion.
As far as I understand, all I need are I35 calipers (with brackets) and 35 rotors. (correct me if I'm wrong)

The questions is: will 16'' stock I30 rims clear the calipers?
My approximate measurements say yes, and the 16'' stock wheels on 2003 Maxima GXE also suggest that as well.
However, I can't find anybody who has actually tried it to confirm.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes they will clear, however its a very small upgrade. Little difference, if you have money to upgrade to 17inch wheels i suggest the 6th gen upgrade, cost me under $200 to do it with new remanufactured calipers

Threw on I35 calipers + rotors on my 2001.
The brakes feel great and clear 16'' stock wheels.
