2000 I30 four CEL codes + ABS

Your car is not firing on all 6 cylinders. That is what P1320 tells you. Problem is that it doesn't say which cylinders are having the problem.
P0301 says that cylinder #1 is having a problem. You need to replace the ignition coil on that cylinder.
P0138 says that an O2 sensor is not sensing the correct exhaust gas hydrocarbons mix.
P0430 says that another O2 sensor is not sensing the correct exhaust gas hydrocarbons mix.
The first 2 codes say that the engine is not running right. The second two codes agree with the first two. So if you fix the first two, most likely (no guarantees) the second two will go away.
However the P1320 code says there are more than one cylinder misfiring. Unless you can get another P030x code, you don't know which one(s). You can replace the ignition coil for cylinder #1 and see if another code will come up, but that doesn't always happen. Waiting for another code can be time consuming. Some people replace all the coils to get rid of the check engine light as soon as possible. You may have to replace all of them anyway.
Also, if you see the check engine light flashing while you are driving, don't panic, that means that the engine is misfiring at that exact moment.

I also went to a Nissan dealer and they checked my whole car, found 12k worth of repairing to be done. It's a 2000 i30 with 150k - is it too risky to get CVT fluid change?

If you havent found it by now your firing order is this:
[1][ 3] [5]
[2][ 4 ][6]
# 1 cylinder being closest to the firewall furthest to the passenger side.
Also $12K sounds about right as far as stealerships go.You're talking about
a company who wanted to charge me $550 to install a part that only cost me about 82 bucks and 10mins to change out. Also you do not have a CVT transmission. You should opt to do a drain/refill yourself.Remove a bolt and let it drain. You'll get somewhere between 4 1/5 -5 3/4 qts of fluid out.Ive been doing this to my '00 I30 since I purchased @ 85K.It has 190K on it right now and still shifts fine.
