Replacing Factory HID ballast

Looking to replace my factory ballast with some aftermarket DDMTuning slim ballasts. My only issue is how to do that with the D2R wiring being built into the cover for the HID bulb. I've got the replacement ballasts, with the D2R plug, just dont know exactly how to go about the replacing. I've done some searching but only found insight on HID foglight installs, and I've already done that, as it was pretty much simple plug and play.

You'll have to remove the igniters/ballasts, splice into the OEM wiring for power/ground and get some D2S amp connectors.

IMO, too much of a hassle. OEM > DDM. Just find some OEMs through here or eBay.

Ok, sounds easy enough. I needed to replace bulbs, and DDM had a sale, so I got the two ballasts for an extra 12 bucks on top of what the bulbs cost. $27 for the whole kit, figured I would just do it. I'll browse ebay and just keep the DDM ballasts in case one of my fogs goes bad
