Transmission Mount Recommendation and Vibration at Idle

I've recently changed 3/4 of my engine mounts (Front, rear and transmission) to the DEA after market brand on my 2002 I-35 after finding out that they were cracked. Although I've purchased the wired model with what they claim to be OE specification, my vibration at idle has increased to the point that it has gotten to be noticeably annoying.

Vibration is relatively smooth and quiet when driving, in park and neutral so I was thinking that by replacing the transmission mount to another higher quality brand I would be able to mitigate this noise.

Is my assumption correct? If so would anyone be able to recommend me a transmission mount brand that would assist in reducing idle vibration. Also is installing a transmission mount easy? If so I'd appreciated anyone that would be able to link/provide a tutorial on how to do so.

For reference purposes I do believe the engine mounts were correctly as I've had 2 mechanics check to see if there were any potential installation issues.

Disconnect the electric motor mount immediately.
It can and will short out your ECU.
Known issue.

I highly recommend polyurethane filling the side mounts vs just Oem, but that is overkill for a lot of people.

Energy suspension sells an easy kit if you decide to fill your own.
It's called the DIYMMI.
Stands for do it yourself motor mount insert.

You can choose from a couple different firmness levels.
The more firm=more vibration.

Thanks for the response. Would you be able to forward me a official link (expert opinion or factual admission) that verifies it's a known issue.

The reason I ask is that if the parts supplier and mechanic were purposely selling defective parts I'd imagine that I'd be able to demand a refund from the mechanic and have them install another brand for free.

I'll send a mod to tell you if you don't believe me. It's not a brand issue, it's an electrical issue. Just unplug it is the fix.

Here is some more discussion on it:

No need for a mod message. I do believe you, but it would be nice to get the money back if possible

If I go ahead and disconnect the wires, I'll still likely experience the vibration issue though? Also should I not even bother replacing the transmission mount?

If the transmission mount is bad replace it, no need to get a refund if the electric mount was shot anyways at least now you have new rubber and the work is done other than unplugging for safety of your ECU.
