Radiator Leak - 2002 I35

I found a pinhole sized leak along the upper portion of my radiator. While the car is running it seems to spout coolant every so often. A friend of mine says most of the radiators these days are made of some kind of plastic.
So my question is, do I dump some type of radiator leak sealant in there or is it time for service by a pro. (I'm not one to attempt replacement on my own)
Thanks,
John

Replace it and its very easy to do yourself.

Don't use any stop leak stuff ever IMHO.

stop leak stuff just clogs up your water pump and coolant passages. radiator is easy to replace yourself, if youre uncomfortable a backyard mechanic can do it for cheap

yes the radiators are made of plastic tops, older vehicles and newer aftermarket radiators were usually all metal and ive put 10 coats of JB weld on them to stop leaks. plastic radiators need replacement
