I just noticed today something was hanging off near the front passenger side.
Looks like a cover. How do I fix this.

 

Plastic zip ties would probably be the easiest way. The same thing happened on my Mother in law's old Altima & I zip tied it back up & it held for years until she finally sold the car. You could also just rip it off completely, it's really up to you.
