I bought this car from these threads about 2.5yrs ago. I bought it from the original owner in Indiana. The car was a great condition when I bought it and still is. I've done some modest mods, mostly cosmetic:

  • 17" Eneki Wheels (don't know the style name/number)
  • Progress Technology performance lowering springs from SummitRacing.com
  • Toyo Proxes4 tires 225/35R17(with a spare one...just in case)
  • Clear corner lights
  • 15% tint all around.

The car comes with a set of winter tires(like new) on steels wheels plus the original wheels with tires mounted. Also, I bought a B&M style short shifter that I have not installed, and that can come with the car along with some rubber weather matts for front and rear. Also of course have the stock springs.

I replaced the kock sensor last summer. Engine and drivetrane are all 100%. Never any issues or problems. All power options work well. BOSE stereo.

There is a crack on the windshied that has been there for over a year. It's passed inspection twice with no issues and has not crept or gotten any worse. Also, in the past 3or 4 weeks, I slide "softly" into a curb due to ice on the road. The pass side bumper area hit the curb. Damage includes the fog light being completely busted and curb rash on the plastic bumper skirt. The fender is not creased or dented, and can be pulled to straight. It is not an eyesore and has not damaged the frame, wheels, allignment, etc., but it is there and did happen, so FYI.

Any questions, please go ahead and PM me or email me at conceptrz@hotmail.com. Just put "maxima org" on your subject line.

You can see pics on my autotrader listing at:
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...uel=&cardist=0

I can also take and provide more pics as requested.
Thanks!
Tim

PS - The reason for selling is that I am going to replace this car with an SUV so I have more room for the kids. If anyone is interested in trading for a Nissan Pathfinder or Xterra, I'm listening...

I dunno how to paste the pics right in this link, else I would do that and make things easier...anyways, if you're pluggin into autotrader, my zip is 18960 for the search.

I'm moving soon, so I'd like to sell it...but not desperate... thanks.

Point taken. Taking another look at this point, an asking price of $6850 is higher than some of the competition, I'll conceed to that.

I got an offer yesterday for $5500 with stock wheels/tires. I suppose that'll be closer to a realistic price for the car.

I will say this, in the "free market", meaning autotrader.com/cars.com for example, to people who are not necessarily Maxima enthusiasts, it's not so crazy to price a 96 SE with 92k at near $6...to Maxima enthusiasts on this board, I expected some feedback on the price.

I'll consider similar offers as above...then place a new price within a couple of days.

Thanks for looking and for the feedback fellas! ...and for the help with the pics DjMoney!!
