My friend gave me this car a year ago because he couldn't pay to fix it. my black max burned down 3 days later so it worked out well. I fixed it(needed a clutch). In the last year since i have owned it i have replaced the following
notice not all of these are replaced because they needed to be, many were replaced because i wanted a reliable good running car and i'm fanatical about maximas see the $85 plugs and new FF etc.)

2 new corner lights w/ bulbs
2 aftermarket fog lights w/ upgraded H3 bulbs
2 headlight bulbs (ultra bright and expensive(lame))
6 NGK plat spark plugs(thats over $85+ in plugs FTW)
300zx fuel filter upgrade
belts(didn't install myself, thx lonnie)
new rebuilt alternator
!newly installed used tranny with 111k miles at install(no worn out LSD anyone =])!
Flushed ALL Fluids and refilled.
All brakes lines replaced from the pedals back
Power Steering Lines Replaced
Power Steering cooler upgraded to a hayden 404 heavy duty(all i had lying around)
new driver's side wheel hub(i didn't install this but i would have if i wasn't in florida while my brother used it)
Stereo:
4awg of oxygen free tinned RF cable from batt to trunk with all the usual fuses and distros.
1.0 Farad RF Cap
2 10'' JL Subs 150rms@4ohms each
Sealed 2 x 10'' sub box custom made for the subs. 1'' thick mdf, built to the exactl JL specs including calculating in the displacement of the actual subwoofer. each side is sealed also, for max SQ. 1'' thick brace seperates them. Carpeted all in black.
Fosgate amp throwing 150rms to each sub @ 4ohms
Eclipse 3445 HU MP3/CD/Radio w/ 3 highvolt preouts w/remote
3 runs of Monster(2)/Streetwires(1) RCAs, 1 remote wire, 1 remote bass boost wire ran and **** for it...
PAC BOSE audio adapter
and thats it. i want back out of it what i have put into it. which i estimate at 1750k -labor.

This price is firm. It's a great car and a blast to drive runs very strong. A great daily driver or beginner's car. Decent little stereo the Bose blends well with the JL subs. And i'v replaced a bajillion things on it and it has ALOT of life left in her. Test drives are welcome. If needed i'll take some Pictures.
2250k if you want the stereo with it.
only problems i know of are:
Rear window regulators are shot and need to be replaced each door should cost 120 if you do it yourself and it's not hard. never fixed it because i'm never in the back seat
Driver's side door creaks but i can fix that before the sale easily.
slight damage to the front fender and bumper it's just cracked nothing horrible. the paint is in really good condition considering it's age.
#2 Black exterior/Light Grey cloth interior 94 3rd Gen Max 134,000 5 speed w/ LSD DOHC, BOSE, ABS, PS,PW,PL:
Had another friend(i have great friends) give me this because he doesn't know whats wrong with it and he wants a new daily driver. He was on the Highway 2 days ago and it just stopped no bangs nothing. starter goes but doesn't crank the engine afaik. It's being towed to my house as we speak. i decided i don't want to fix it either. i don't have the time or desire atm and my driveway is getting full of cars. all i do is fix damn cars every family member comes to me friends etc. when i finish typing this i'm doing 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations and then i get to troubleshoot a TDI Golf. so basically this is a steal IMO. you get to fix it and drive it sell it whatever i just need it out of my driveway!
it also comes with a panasonic HU cd/wma/mp3 aux audio input 1 preout etc. not a bad HU 1 or 2 years old iirc. everything else is stock
the car is in great condition. Only blemish is some rust on the RR quarter panel small hole about the size of a dime or smaller(good ol new england) and a little rear bumper rash. My friend is an engineer at my old work. He was very gentle with this car...he has a real car to play with...speaking of which if you do buy the car you can opt to get 1 free ride in his 500+ whp toyota supra(assuming it isn't raining!) i thought i'd add that in to sweeten the deal...or a drive in my other buddies right hand drive nissan skyline(it's slow only like 350whp)
be a fine parts car too. but a real shame to not fix it.

also you get all the spare parts i have lieing around for it. headlight bulbs, old tranny, airbox, etc.
