valve tap recently developed along with knock sensor needs replacement. Stopped driving the car so as not to allow valve to worsen. This issue has had no effect on performance of the car.

Car for the "mechanically inclined." Car runs well. Turns over quickly, shifts smoothly, rides gently (suspension shows NO signs of wear). No rust. CD player, speakers, AND display all work without ANY problems. Full Synthetic oils (eng and tranny since 65k). Other than replacement of one headlight, No damage or damage history.
Sunroof, clear corners, Premium (2003) wheels.

Negatives: 4 scratches on the paint on the entire car. Leather ripped on front pax seat and on back seat. Vavle tap. Knock sensor. Driver side door cabin light button inop. Alarm disconnected. Was repainted once; previous owner...appears to have been semi-professionally done (not maaco). Silver.

Would keep the car if it didnt develop the vavle tap and i do not want to spend the grief and money to have it fixed.

So who can do it?

Price is open to interpretation. $1500 or best offer i guess well say.
