I'm selling my 1997 Nissan Maxima SE which I've had since 35,000 miles. I've already got a 2002 SE Maxima and my wife has a Mazda6. We no longer need the car. It's had very few miles added this year.

- Cloth Interior
- Non-Bose Stereo
(but MB Quart speakers with MTX amp and EQ)
4 Guage wire and 3 sets of RCAs running to the trunk

Mods:
- Place Racing Hybrid CAI with K&N Filter and Velocity Stack
- Diamond Corner lenses
- Cattman Y-pipe
- Budget B-pipe (stock muffler)
- Lowering Springs (I think B&G)
- KYB AGX adjustable shocks / struts
- Stillen Rear Sway Bar
- Stillen Front Strut Tower Bar

Known Issues / Replace Parts:
- Recently there was an charging problem, I replaced the starter, then I replaced the battery, then I replaced the alternator. It was a failing alternator the entire time, but now these parts are all brand new and you don't have to worry about it. (about $400 just in parts)
- It also has two brand new tires (under 2k miles) and the other two are still in good shape.
- The EQ has a loose AUX input switch which can cause the sound to cut out, but just requires a new EQ or remove it from the car. (see pic16 link)
- Pealing Clear coat on the hood and front bumper
- 1 Broken wheel stud on front wheel (just happened)
- Needs a new hood shock (maybe both)
- Brake Pads replaced in April (under 2k miles)
- Head unit replaced within the past year.
- EGR valve replaced April 2006
- Muffler replaced in April 2005

The car runs strong, all the electronics work perfectly, but with the suspension the car rides a little rough. I think the parts alone are worth the price I'm asking. Fix the cosmetic issues and clean it up and you'd have one great car.

Is their sumthing wrong with the engine? looks like theirs alot of oil residue on it..? gasket leaking?

 

The oil is from messy pouring the past two oil changes (I lost my funnel). I haven't had any oil leaking issues; no puddles under the car and no need to add oil.
I keep a look out for this because my 02 had a leak at one point.

I took these pictures yesterday right before I posted this thread. This is without washing the engine area or even the car, so you're looking at probably 100,000 miles of under engine grease/oil/dust/dirt (I don't remember ever hosing down the engine area) and at least two months of a unwashed body.

 

This is a little low. I'll give it a week or two and see what happens.

My 240sx is 5spd ,89 , runs good, no rust, 1.8" drop, intake, exhaust, 17" rims.
