Car runs absolutely perfect. I,like many of other orgers have used the endless resources found here and have put them all to good use,performing all the maintance myself. Tune up was performed less than 3k ago. When I bought the car last year I replaced many items pretty much for preventive measures ie. starter,alternator,ignition switch module(?),the one on the column,KS etc..Auto tranny flush was done about 10k back as per the instructions I found on here,not just dumping the pan but flushing out the TC also. Mechanically you wont find anything wrong with car,Ive drven the vehicle from PA to the Florida Keys twice and its never missed a beat. Exterior the car has some flaws,I live in South Philly so parking happens so some bumper scuffs and a ding or two on the drivers side door and drivers read door,actually like one small one on each door but hardly noticeable. I bought the car a year and a half ago while i was recovering from a motorcycle accident and I needed an automatic....now that my leg is fully recovered I reallly wanna get back into a manual so I wanna sell my baby and look for a stick. As this is my situation I would very much consider a trade for another 4th gen thats stick,even f the car is a year or 2 older or has more miles,as long as the car is mechnically sound,exterior and interior is negotiable.
Few problems the car currently has,none ofwhich are a big deal. The axle just started clicking under full turn so its gonna need one,not today but certainly in the near future. Brakes are getting low but I would have no problem throwing brakes on the car prior to sale. Currently the ca is on stock 15's with so-so tires and I have a set of 19's,you can see them in pic below but they do not have tires on them currently. I didnt plan on selling them with the car but hey,were orgers Im sure something could be worked out. When I first bought the car I installed some indiglo gauges(eww I know) and they were fine till about a week ago when they stopped lighting up. Again no biggie,I left all the factory lighting in dash intact so I could remove and just let them light up with stock lighting or you could use it as an oppertunity for an LED install,I would try it but Im a baffoon with lights so I wouldnt even try it. Thats it....I have a new baby on the way so laying out the dough for a 5 speed wap is outta the question now...if I could afford it I would absolutely NOT sell this car but Im itching to get back into a stick,its been awhile. Poor quality video but you can see with the stick he takes me off the line but by the 330mark I was ahead and he couldnt catch up. So any offers will be considered,I need a stick that bad lol.

Sorry one last bump. Have 2 potentials coming to look at car tomorrow but would rather see it go to an orger. $3500 bucks,title on hand and ready to sell. If your gonna try going any lower atleast have the cash in your hand. Have found another Max and ready to buy but the wife would like me more if I sold my car before buying the new one.

lol yea. The guy coming down Monday is really cool though, he saw my videos and I sent a few more and he was all psyched up. But yup,gonna stay in a 4th gen. Found an orger with a 96,bit more miles tha mine but its 5speed and already has just about everything I waned to buy for my car....plus I was getting noided about buying anything for her seeing as I really wanted to get back into a manual. You going out to that Washington Lake meet? I should have the "new" one ready and cant wait to take it out. Ive wanted a Black on Black for soo long.

Yeah it wont be done for a loong time though but the engine should be in & running this weekend.

Planed it 1&1/2 years ago but I got the motor last dec and been buying parts ever since.lol I officialy began the swap in like august though.

TTT. Car is still for sale. I have a deposit from a guy but have had the DP for like 2 weeks now when the original deal was to hold the car for a few days till he got paid. Well now its been nearly 2weeks so if anyone else makes an offer I will return this guy his DP and gladly sell the car. Thanks.Paul

 

Bump for still needing to sell. I just gave a local his DP back as he was taking way too long to come up with rest of the dough. What he said would be a week turned into a month. Not that I had a real problem with holding the DP and waiting for the money but I had the car detailed and prepped for sale and wasnt driving the car as Ive been riding my bike. But its getting damn cold fast around here and the bike is starting to suck,Im sick as of today and wife is not happy when Im sick. So heres the deal....$3500 is local picked up, I dont wanna go much lower than that but if it needs to be shipped Ive talked to other memberswho have shipped cars and the price is reasonable so maybe if shipping is needed I would work with the buyer on trying to get the car shipped. I NEED A STICK!!!!

$3500 and you can have the rims also. They need tires and some cleaning but theylook sick on the 4th gens. Also will leave BOTH the amp and the subs in the car. Will also throw in factory outter tails AND a remote strter kit that i purchased and never put in.
