I am looking for the best offer possible. I will post pics later, but I am looking to buy a new car and am trying to sell my Max. Some info:

The car has a V1 supercharger with a 2.87 pulley... 300zx fuel injectors and an Apex'i SAFC II for fuel/air management.

The car has 121,000 miles. Following is a list of the issues with this car:

Cosmetic: The car has various scrapes and scratches on the front and rear bumpers. Something hit my car at the rear quarter panel, driver's side, leaving a dent that needed to be pushed out. A mark remains, but the culprit was either a person or an object, such as a basketball, hitting the car with a good deal of force. Obviously, no frame damage resulted from this.

Small crack in the lower part of the passenger side tail-light.

The car has been broken into on several occasions. Visible evidence of a couple of the break-ins remains on the driver's side door trim as well as the passenger-side door, which has two dents slightly smaller than a dime where a thief attempted to break the window and missed.

Carpet is worn and door handle trim rings need replacement.

The theft mentioned above (december 06) resulted in a Pioneer AVIC-N1 being ripped out of the car- well, part of it, anyway. The car's center console and trim were left undamaged.

The car currently runs very rich (especially at idle) and is displaying a CEL as a result. I haven't been driving the car around much since it was boosted, fortunately, so while the car badly needs to be tuned and dyno'd, no permanent damage should have resulted as yet. However, when idling the smell of fuel is strong (due in part to a boost gauge tied into the cabin)

The B-pipe requires new mounting brackets, as it tends to shake in turns.

The oil pan gasket requires replacement, as a minor oil leak is currently a problem.

Front brake pads require replacement, as well as the tires. The rims, while nice in appearance, were acquired used from a less-than scrupulous .orger- all four of them are bent enough to cause vibration at highway speeds. 3 of the tires should be replaced. Cosmetically, they look fine.

Upgrades:

Viper 790xv with remote-start
Tokico Illumina 8-way shocks
H&R springs
AT Italia 18" wheels
AT valve body upgrade by Maximum Tuning
AT auxilliary transmission cooler
front strut bar/rear sway bar
Supercharger (of course)
Warpspeed B-pipe

For a lot of reasons, the car is worth good money. For as many reasons, it has to be considered a "project car". When making your offer, take into consideration the cost of having some of these upgrades installed along with the mileage and what not. Depending on how much I get in the way of responses, I will post pics shortly. The car is painted Sterling Mist (KT3)

Bump this up... updated with a selling price. $4000 or best offer. I am willing to reach a middle ground on some of the needed repairs mentioned above.

In addition, I got a couple of offers for parts. While the offers were not particularly unreasonable, so far as I can tell, they did not account for the cost of professional uninstallation of the aftermarket parts, professional installation of stock parts and the cost of replacement stock parts. I would need all of these things to even consider parting out the supercharger kit, for example, and the costs mentioned don't even take account of the fact that uninstalling the supercharger would require re-installing stock fuel injectors, for example.

So while offers for parts are certainly appreciated, and I have not yet received a lowball offer, please be sure that if you want to tempt me to sell you parts, you make an offer that fully includes the cost to me.

I am working on pics. I don't own a digital camera, so for now the best I can do is a camera phone. If that will suffice for anyone, let me know. I am working on getting a digital camera.

In the meantime, so that you have an idea of what the car looks like (so that you know, for example, that all the doors are intact, etc.), the following is my cardomain page:

http://www.cardomain.com/id/ricardoghunter

The pictures are roughly two years old and pre-date the acquisition and installation of the supercharger and the newer rims to which I was referring. Those rims, by the way, are fine for normal street driving if you want a car that looks nice, but the faults in the rims, combined with a tightened suspension, will give you oscillations above 55 mph on all but the most absolutely smooth of roads. I've grown used to it, but I don't let other people drive my car.
The details that I mentioned in my first post still apply, though they won't be reflected in the cardomain photos. As I have better photos I will send them to the e-mail addresses that have been provided to me. Thanks for your interest, everyone!

There are other upgrades I didn't mention, either because they are logically related to other upgrades or because I simply forgot about them. I've upgraded the fuel pump to a Walbro 255 lph high-output pump. An AFPR is installed. The car is wired to accept a Z32 MAF (not installed, but can be thrown in if I can find it in storage).

As you can see, some of the blemishes may not be as bad as I described them. I don't believe I omitted anything, but it should be pretty clear that all of the flaws I mentioned, including the cosmetic ones, should be relatively cheap to repair or easy to disregard. The private-party sale value of this car in excellent condition is around $5,750 (KBB). I'd put this car in the "Fair" category (listed at $4750) and recognize that the KBB tends to be a bit high, a trade-in would bring less, and the mods are of varying value to different people.

$4k seems reasonable given all of the above; that said, as I have implied, there is wiggle room (though not much, since I have to replace this car soon).

As of right now, no. Don't have the time. It also costs a bit o money to remove a supercharger kit and replace all the stock components (like the fuel system). It would be difficult to impossible to make it worth my while and make the kit a good deal for you (after all, it's used).

Unfortunately, due to time and other constraints, I can no longer entertain offers for parts of the car. Thanks for looking!

Don't be too jealous. In the past week, I have:

Been pulled over at random by police (probably for DWB)

Seen the horrifying "red cog of death" (SMG transmission software error, apparently transient, because I havent seen it since I restarted my car after the first appearance)

Been strongly warned (by my car) that I need to add engine oil since apparently I am .3 liter below the minimum recommended amount of oil (good luck finding 10W60 motor oil ANYWHERE)... Oh, and any further driving without adding the recommended amount of oil WILL damage my engine.

Been annoyed to death by reminders that at 7,500 miles, service is necessary...

That said, I AM told that I can just drive down the street and tell random women, "*****, get in my car" and that there is a high probability that said women might actually consider doing so.

Of course, none of these problems presented itself with the Max, which was pretty much bulletproof. I miss her already.
