This is my second 4th gen maxima.
I've owned and sold (all in great shape and taken care of):
98 maxima SE
99 maxima SE-L
mr2 turbo
240sx
300zx twin turbo

supercharged camry
1999 Maxima SE-Limited
5-speed manual

Average 28 mpg . hit 30 before!
I bought this car in September of 2007 from an older gentleman whose wife was the primary driver. This couple had a race Porsche in their garage and knew how to take care of their cars. He had picked up a WRX to take the place of the Max for his wife.
After i lost my old max in 2003, i was looking and looking for the perfect one to relive the experience. And as you can see, it is a prime example of a 4gen:
I bought the car with 88,000 miles and this is my daily so I do put quite a few miles on per year, driving up and down the highway.
It has been DEALER maintained, which isnt pretty when it comes to cash but at least i'm confident in the service:

I've spent several thousands in parts and labor, I guess it was just time to do a bunch of things. But i don't regret it , and the buyer won't either since these cars are made to LAST. Believe me, I'm not getting back the money I put into her..
I don't like to beat on my cars as that will just cause problems that will come back to haunt me. When you take care of your ride, it'll take care of you I believe.

russianmax415. thanks for the positive comment. i understand, but 'pushing it' is what the dealer does when they shove the bill at you. good thing for a purchaser for this car is some peace of mind for the bits and pieces they cant see from the outside.

yea looks like its in good shape! and yea thats what the dealer does do. what is under ur stillen lip? some kind of additional lip? goodluck selling it brotha.....I hope it gets a good owner...

she's been maintained well. and as far as styling and all that, no immediate modding is necessary for a while too !
