FS/FT: 2002 Maxima 6MT-North FL *updated pictures*

I am selling an 02 Nissan Maxima 6 speed. Has a few mods with the car. I am the third owner of the car and have spent alot of money to get it running right. I'm selling so I an finance another project. The car has 121K miles on the body, but has an 03 Maxima engine with 61K miles on it. The car hasnt been in any wrecks (to my knowledge) and has a Clean NC title. Interior is Black Cloth.

Can we get more interior pics? condition of it? Also the third pic looks to have the hood un-aligned? or is it just popped. And the paint is it just dirty or? Is there dust in the clear coat from repainting? Is there a CEL, and final question what are the few problems left with the car?

1. The condition of the car in general is Fair. The hood needs a new latch, since it will lock, but wont push down fully.
2. These arent the most recent pics of the car, save for the Rotor pics. The car is dirty and needs a wax. If I can find my camera in my moving boxes, Ill be sure to take more recent pics. The seats inside are not torn or anything of that nature. The car has an 00-01 radio inside, so steering wheel controls arent working for the radio.
3. No CEL/ SES light. Only thing that lights up is the instrument panel at night
4. Other things that the car needs: Power Steering hose has been replaced, but Previous Owner let leaky hose leak fluid to an engine mount. So the engine mount needs replacing. PS Hose is brand new and installed. The radiator needs a bottom insulator. Suspension needs new bushings for sure. These three items were documented on the inspection by Nissan.

dude if youre asking that much for a 3rd owner and 2nd engine car thats modified you might want to clean it up as they said....get a vacuum, razor blade, and some cleaning shiz to take care of it...dont leave wrappers and shoes in there..the roof spoiler can be easily taken care of with goof off and a razor blade just dont get that stuff on your paint

bump for a nice maxima minus the dried glue. Seems all it has is normal wear and tear. Just needs a little elbow grease

just fyi if you cleaned it and took pictures of the inside it would most likely get sold ALOT faster....
