This is for a friend. Trying to upgrade her from an Avenger So we're looking for a decent, nothing-needed, close to stock 4th gen. Preferably under 150k miles, as low as possible obviously. Most likely a '95 or '96, but any year that meets the requirements is fine. 5-speed is top choice but autos are fine too. Must be in PA, and the closer the better. Looking for something sub-$2000.
