Its time to move on now.. after owning 2 4th gen (both 98). I've done so much more to this one comparing to my 1st 4th gen. I felt like i went and upgrade everything possible but no S/C nor Turbo. Damn it's really sad to let it go. Starting to think like I dont need 2 cars. pointless to pay insurance for both but only use the max to work and back. everywhere else i use the IS350. Time to really focus in saving money for my bigger goals in life..

With the max. i just cant seem to stop modding.. So here goes the list rundown on what I've Done to the max since day one

I've purchased my max march 2008 in albany. the chasis has about 275k.. it was all highway miles.Family was my moms Friends husband. The max was used as a family car for trips and visits. Clean title..

Just Did a Motor Flush,full sythentic Oil change and GL-4 sythentic Tranny Gear Oil changed today (Feb/20/2k10). Still have amsoil DOT3 brake fluid. Amsoil Power steering fluid and left over oil and from my oil change.

Thats all I can remember so far.. Man theres so much more that I've done to the max over the time I've owned it. I've been doing all the maintenance
to her to keep her running smooth. Im losing out soo much money selling my max. But gotta Stop one way or another

<p>Now there for the bad.<p>

1)There are tiny dings around the car. Front Bumper Scratched from NYC parker that parks with their eyes closed. Passenger Rear Door has a few dings which made it look imperfect.

2)I think the AC Compressor Clutch Bearing is starting to make noise. Might need to check up on that. Can get a brand new one for $200.00 if you want

<p>besides all those minor stuff about the car.. the max runs real smooth with no other problems. Nothing else is needed. Oil changes were done very 2,000-2,500 miles.Always have used 93 octane gas. I drive this max everyday to and from work 6 miles both ways and use my IS350 has my weekend car.

<p>The motor is READY for BOOST.Needs nothing else. Get a S/C or Turbo and get it tuned right and your good to go!.

TJ_MAX and Vipervadim knows about whats good under the hood. If a org member takes ownership. You can get it tuned by vadim anytime when hes available.

Title is in hand ready to sign over to the new owner.

That price.. Everything is included.. I can lower the price if the buyer dont want the rims/lip kit.. anything thats installed internal. i will not part them such as coilovers and system

I will list this on craigslist, cartrader and a few other selling sites. I'll wait 2 weeks before it goes up on eBay.

But honestly I rather sell it to a org member so he/she can continue putting tasty mods to her. MAXUS is coming up.

 

I along with many NYC members can vouch for this Max especially with it being tastefully modded and kept in mint condition by the owner. The car is way worth the price based on the condition that it is in and the mods that it has. A true enthusiast's car.
