97 Neptune Blue SE 5MT - SOLD

Selling my 97 SE 5-speed, couple of issues, thus the low price.
153k on it, mostly highway (yeah, I know everyone says that, but it's true)
Original owner
Has never been in an accident
Grey/Black cloth interior, clean, no stains/rips on anything.
Security and Convenience Package (two alarm clickers, and the garage door opener visor)
"Neptune Blue" paint, rare color, looks good. The paint is in pretty decent condition. There are some small scratches and one or two dings in the doors, but nothing major.
Major problems with it:
The clutch is bad and needs replacement. Car will not get into gear. It is currently not drivable. However, that is the only serious issue. The car starts and the motor runs like a champ. The clutch busted this morning. It won't engage/disengage correctly. Not sure if it is the clutch disk, or the slave cylinder, or the master cylinder. But the rest of the drivetrain is in good condition. Engine oil has been changed every 3k miles.
Minor problems with it:
The flange between the B-pipe and the muffler has broken off. As a result, the car is somewhat loud. Should be an easy fix if you know someone with a welder, just gotta patch in a short pipe.
There is a CEL for the EGR valve. Not sure what that entails, I know there is the assembly behind the driver's side rear tire. I can hook it up to the code scanner so you can be sure that it is the only CEL problem.
There are B&G springs (1.6" drop all around) on it. Front struts are KYB GR2. The rear struts, however, are the stock black SE struts. They are blown, so the car is a little bouncy right now.
There is a sunroof, but it doesn't open. May need a new motor for it.
The good news:
NGK V-power sparkplugs, a 300zx fuel filter, and a new PCV valve were all installed last summer.
A new Nissan OEM battery was installed in March 2009, and has an 84 month warranty.
Alternator was replaced at 130k, starter at 135k.
Oxygen sensors and MAF replaced at 135k.
Included accessories:
The car (duh)
2 sets of wheels:
One set is from a 2000 GXE. Those are the gunmetal-painted 16" wheels in the pictures. They have a set of four Goodyear Eagle 215/55R16 tires on them, with maybe 35% tread.
The other set is the factory set. 16" silver 5-spoke 97-99 SE wheels. No curb rash at all, excellent condition, even includes new chrome center caps. Two wheels have almost-new Mastercraft 215/55R16 tires with 90% tread. The other two wheels have old BFGoodrich Traction T/A tires that are dry-rotted, and shouldn't be driven on.
2 sets of tail lights - the OEM ones, and a set of aftermarket "Red-Smoke" ones. Similar to red-clears, except the clear part is smoked a little bit (still lights up pretty good)
2 sets of bumper lights - the OEM ambers, and a set of aftermarket smoked ones.
All lighting is in excellent condition, no cracks or scratches.
The car has the factory Y-pipe on it, but I will throw in a pretty good condition Budget Stainless Steel y-pipe that I didn't get a chance to install.
It had fogs, but one of the lenses cracked, so they are off the car. I'll throw them in too. One side is in excellent condition, the other just needs a new lens.
Feel free to PM me if you're interested. Car is located in South Jersey, about ten miles outside of Philly. All it needs to be drivable is the clutch.

The clutch was working fine, it did not slip at all, just completely normal operation. Shifted gears on the highway, and the trans just wouldn't shift into the next gear. Couldn't pull the lever into a gear.
The clutch might not need replacement. I took it to one mechanic, and he looked at it, but the shop closed before I could get back over there to talk to him, and he was kind enough to leave my car in the garage when he locked up, so I won't be able to see it until Monday evening. My guess is that the clutch is fine, but that one or both of the cylinders and possibly the hydraulic line may need replacement.
