(IL) 2000 Nissan Maxima 5spd $1700 runs strong 182k miles

Hello everyone this is Maxima number 9 I believe in the last 19yrs.
This one I have had for 7 mths and it was meticulously taken car of by previous owner (I have more $2000 in maintenace receipts in the last 3 yrs)Once I am home I can Specifically detail all the work done....
Items replaced in last 2 yrs
Alternator, starter and Battery (all in the last 3 mths)
New Brakes and (2 rotors I believe) I can verify when I get home with paperwork
Complete exhaust (Car X) it appears from receipts that if Car x told previous owner to replace/fix it he did.
The Crank sensor(s) were replaced
Spark Plugs
Clutch is strong it does not slip, or grind and any gears, AC is Cold, Sunroof works, Transmission does not make any noises, no throw out bearing noises in neutral
******************************************
I added a Warspeed Y pipe when I purchased vehicle
KN Panel Filter
I rewired the fogs and the sidemarkers to alternate with sidemarkers (when lights off) and blink with sides with lights are on)
Did Anniversary mod to headlights
I replaced faulty Bose with working Bose (have cassette/IPOD adapter) it is well hidden and barely visible
Prewired for Escort Radar (from map lights)
********************************************
Area(s) that need attention:
There is surface rust on rear quarter panel and a little on drivers door.
Front Bumper will need to be painted
Passenger electric seat sometimes does not work.
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT
The code pulled was Crank Sensor (I am at work and dont have the actual codes with me)
I was having an intermitten issue with it sometimes stalling when I am in neutral (common problem with 5th Gen if you do a search)
All seats are in great shape (with exception of drivers seat) I had cracks in the seat accidentally left sunroof open and got rained in and in the process of drying the driver's seat cracks be a a tear
I will provide pics later tonight. The clutch and transmission are good. The previous owner babied the clutch to the point that in the parking lot on test drive we were in 3rd gear at 30 mile per hour.
Car is located just south of Chicago would like to sell ASAP asking 1700
