I was originally planning to drive this car for longer as there was plenty of maintenance performed about a year ago. I owned since 2003 and there is 185500 miles. I have already bought another car and hardly ever drive it. This would be make a great parts car or if somebody needed the interior and manual transmission goodies. If this was to be somebody's daily driver I would recommend getting the front wheels balanced as the tires were mounted only and not balanced.

rebuilt transmission from 98, 5th gen clutch, rear main seal, fidanza flyweel, short shifter, anniversary shift **** installed 22,000 miles ago
Above transmission goodies were installed end of 2006 (22,000 miles old) and I have receipt from Maximum Tuning for the install
power steering pump, water pump, alternator, higher flow cat, clutch and master cylinder, stainless steel clutch, stainless steel brake lines, rear calipers were replaced a few years ago
brembo blanks, new pads and driver side axle replaced about a year ago
custom exhaust from cat back & new muffler about a year ago
outer and inter tie rod ends, control arms, sway bar end links replaced a year ago
16" enkei wheels rp01 or rp02 (I forget the exact model) / with BFgoodrich KDWS gforce 225/55-16 tires (front two tires are a year old)
[note pictures have 2 18" wheels on rear which will be replaced with the same 16" rims pictured on front of vehicle this weekend]

Rear o2 sensor code (replaced with new sensor but code did not go away)
RUST around wheel wells, side skirts, bottom of trunk lid
ABS light (replaced noisy rear hub assemblys with new Nissan 98 - did not know 97 and up had different sensors causing issues, ABS fuse was pulled to disable system)
check engine dummy light not working (Trying to find my OBD II code reader I have used in the past)
antenna broken off
sunroof works when it wants too (have not used it for a while)
