I'm so sad that I have to get rid of my baby. But I sadly need the money to finish paying for the new HHR I bought. And I wish I hadn't gone on impulse to go and buy that HHR because I'd rather have one of these MAXs I see for sale.

Let me start off by saying, I have been a tad rough with the car. Or rather my mom has. There are plenty of scratches but no dents except for the passenger headlight and the rear. It has been in a few accidents. Someone in a pickup rear ended me going 40+mph. It hasn't had air conditioning for several years, the CD player is broken and it has no reverse lights, but I was told a mechanic could fix it for about $20. So yes there are problems. The truck must be opened manually, the whole entire back needs to be pulled out, the tail light replaced. The rear passenger door won't open at all, but once its pulled out it should work.

The car has about 171,XXX miles on it. The engine is still superb. It has a new clutch with about 2K miles on it. Its a great car that just needs to be fixed up a little. I'm going to be including a new tail light to replace the broken one with the sale. Except for the a/c, reverse lights and CD player everything on it works more or less fine.




This is the Max toughing it out in the snow. I'm actually the 3rd owner and the upteenth dozen driver. I learned how to drive on this car and its been garage kept for most of its life and no water damage or rust on it. This one is a GXE with cloth interior.


I'll post more pictures when I take them. I'm asking for $2000 OBO or best offer.

 

When I say its a GXE, its more like a GLE, minus the heated seats and leather. It has a spoiler, sun roof/moon roof, Bose speakers, power locks and windows.
