I know but i dont want to have it standing for months trying to part it out, but some states accept a bill of sale to register a vehicle... so if your state accepts a bill of sale, then they will register the car and send you a title afterwards..

that is tru, but doesn't the car have to be like 20+ years old in those states?

In most statez yes, other states i know vermont will register a vehicle with bill of sale

The bumper is oem used, im just outside out of utica zip code 13502...YES IT IS 5gen bumper

Is this a KT3? How much would you want for the two driver side doors and the trunk too? Any big flaws with those parts?

I could also do a trade for my parts + money if you'd like so you'd have a complete car at least

Its is a KT3 W..... no flaws with the parts other than the driver doors chrome molding is a lil messed up... 300 for doors and trunk..... ill let you know later about that trade.....
