Issues:

Cats need to be replaced. I was just going to buy headers (and still will if the car doesnt sell)
Weird stain on headliner above passenger rear door. (bought the car like that)
Super small dings here and there from age.
tiny paint chip over passenger rear quarter panel due to new wheels being too wide.
