I have been looking for a nice 6th gen or newer Maxima, bought this recently instead, but still want a Maxima. I figured there may be some people out there who want to have something a little more "racey'. I would prefer an Automatic Maxima 04 and newer Black/Blue/Silver/Graphite colors, leather etc. Let me know if anyones interested.

Keep the Altima, the 6th gen maximas are garbage, too many issues with them, their trannys, and this is a lot better looking car as well since its a SE-r model

Thanks for the interest and concerns as well as opinions on 6th gen maximas. I am aware of the issues. My offer is still on the table, but I am beginning to like this car more and more hah.

Price? Have a 2008 Altima SE coupe CVT but can buy it straight out.

 

Sweet ride, I would take a SER over Max any day. Wish they still made manual transmissions. This is making many abandon Nissan.

 

Majority of buyers want the auto, so some might abandon nissan, but not the majority.

I contemplated trading my SE-R too, but I'm too in love with it anymore.
