Montreal, Quebec. 20th Annniversary Maxima, Automatic 176,XXX KM.
I'm selling my Sterling Mist (Silver) 2001 Nissan Maxima 20th Anniversary Edition. 2 Owners (Purchased from my parents). 4 speed automatic, 227HP, 217 TQ VQ30DE-K.
The car is in excellent mechanical condition (176XXX km pulls very hard and burns no oil.) Transmission is in perfect condition and does not slip.
New 2.5" catback was installed in 2011 (Megan Racing), sounds really good.
The interior is very clean. Black leather. Driver and Passenger seats do have rips on the seat bolster. Rear seats are in excellent condition. 200 Watt Bose Sound system with Ipod/Iphone adapter built in the arm rest compartment installed from Future Shop.
There is rust, on both rear wheel wells as well as 2 minor spots of rust on the roof just above the wind shield. The paint on the car is in excellent condition and is not fading anywhere. Garage kept for most of its life.
Comes with 2 sets of keys as well as 2 remote starters.
Comes with 10 Tires. 6 Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Summer High Performance tires, they have been used for 2 summers (around 25,000 km) and have plenty of tread left and 4 Goodyear Winter Tires on Black Rims with Nissan Altima Hub Caps.
Rear Calipers, Pads and Discs have been changed in September 2013.
New Front shocks and struts installed in July 2013.
New Alternator installed in October 2013.
New Starter was intalled in February 2013.
Battery (Kirkland from Costco) was changed in July 2012.
Next Oil Change is due at 177,300 KM (currently at 176,300 KM).
CEL Light is on for small EVAP leak.
00VI VIAS JB Weld Fix done Summer 2013.
Ran on 91 octane gas from Petro Canada since day 1.
