Afternoon al. guaging interest in in the sale of a 1996 i30t turbo. For those of you that remember it's MikeDi30t's old car. It's been loving maintained but has been sitting in the garage with a busted transmission for a while. That's the bad news. The good news is I have parts. I have a lot of parts for this! I have a 6 speed HLSD thats's ready to be installed as well as a slightly bored out 3.5 motor that is almost fully assembled and ready to be dropped in. The motor has swaintech coated low compression pistons with some nice H-Beam rods. As for other parts, there's a new radiator, new cv axles for the 6 speed, rear swat bay. greddy EMU, Innovate AF meter, MAP sensor, and a host of other items to be installed. There is a rather nice sound system in the car. Not sure If i want to sell that but it is negotiable. The only bad is that the Tranny needs to be replaced. You could leave the old engine in and use that but why would you when there's a built 3.5 90% ready to go in. The car was meticulously maintained before being garaged, Mobil 1 synthetic only, really wasn't driven hard. All said and done I'm probably thinking around 7k for the whole kit and kaboodle, minus the sound system. As she sits now, in need of a good wash.
