The time has come. I just don't have the time to drive it like it deserves. I have basically stored it in museum condition for the past 5 years, driving it 2-3000 miles a year. I have owned it 10 years, and am responsible for everything that has been done to it. On top of the modifications (which are listed below), maintenance is also on point! No CEL or warning lights of any kind. Runs Castrol GTX/HM 5w30 with religious oil changes every 3k/6months. Redline MT90 synthetic trans fluid. Brake/Clutch fluid Dot4. Power Steering fluid flushed. Coolant flushed and refreshed with Nissan Green. All replacement parts over the years have ALWAYS been OEM (All o2 sensors, plugs, vent valve, camshaft sensor, oil sender, oil pan, front crankshaft seal, rear main seal, VC gaskets, power steering hoses, thermostat, battery, rad hoses, clamps/hardware, strut mounts/hardware, pads/rotors, wheel bearings, front control arms, axles, etc!) No expense was spared on this car. (I work in Nissan parts). I like an OEM theme/feel, so I use OEM anytime I can. The car needs nothing. When you drive it, you feel as if you are driving a new car. No rattles, no squeaks, no old car bull****. When you are taking corners, you feel as though you are driving a Porsche or a Ferrari. When you are accelerating, you are smiling.. as it is considerably faster than factory! Hard to not spin the tires in first, and quite capable of spinning them thru second and chirp 3rd.. IF you wanted to. All the while, still delivering 21-22 mpg, and purring like a quiet kitten at idle. JUST turned 180k, but you feel like it has 30k. Transmission rebuilt 4 years ago/15k(ish) miles ago, due to noisy input shaft bearing (common issue). All bearings, switches, gears, seals etc were replaced. Transmission shifts smooth and perfect. Exedy clutch and lightweight flywheel were installed at this time, out of want (not necessity).. as well as rear main seal. NO LEAKS whatsoever. A/C and heat work like brand new. Windshield replaced several years ago, with no pitting. Headlights are r34s with J30 projectors retrofitted (by Christopher Cruz). Cutoff is crisp and light output is amazing. Headunit features 7" touchscreen display, with Garmin Navigation, DVD, USB, iPhone/iPod ready, rearview camera, and prewired for Sony PS1/2/3. Sound system is perfect. Everything works as it should. Nothing doesn't work. Cruise controls integrated into foldout ashtray, wired properly with custom made plug'n'play harness. Leather is soft and supple, not hard/cracked. Body has NO rust/rot/dings/dents. Car was painted 5 years ago, and garage kept ever since. Rarely seen rain, saw snow once. Has won several trophies. Made the cover of Nissan Sport once. Been featured as Maxima of the Month on 2 different sites. Been featured in 2 calenders.

I do not have to sell it. I do have 4 cars tho, and am in the process of buying a house. Parting with it will be crazy and almost unthinkable, but will help to fund some home improvements.
