My maxima didn't pass smog and I don't have the time or money to fix it. It has tons of good parts, newer parts, etc.

It runs, and I was driving it every day for 2 years. Registration ran out, and the car didn't pass smog, so I decided to sell it for parts. All new tires, runs on synthetic oil, well maintained, has some cosmetic issues in the body. Both bumpers are cracked, but that doesn't affect driving. No stereo/speakers

It currently owes $155 for registration, and I have no idea why it wont pass smog. Tech said it could be a misfire or low compression on a cylinder.
