FS: 1998 Silver I30t w/ 5 SPD VLSD
Hey Folks, just posting my car, (mileage - 172k) here in the event that there are any hits. Located in central Jersey...
As I posted in the 4th Gen section, I've just purchased a 6SPD Accord and it will be delivered towards the end of February. The dealership has indicated that they'll give me $1,000 for it, but I'm just putting it out here in the event that someone can really use the 5SPD VLSD or anything else for that matter.
The car interior is in very good condition with no rips. Heated seats and switches are in working order.
Here's the pro's -
5 SPD VLSD still runs great
Clifford Matrix 2-Way Remote Start
JVC MP3 HU with Aux Input
Pioneer 3 ways? in the front - Can't remember as it's been a while
6k HIDs
Cefiro Headlights
Cefiro Fogs
Cefiro Grille
Tint-20 Back
Nice leather Interior condition
All power components, ie, moonroof, switches, homlink all work.
No starting issues, used daily for commuting to work.
Normally use 93 octane
Not so goods -
-Tranny does have a leak, but it's been like this for years. I've looked to top it off every 6 months, but it always appears near full.
-Recently hearing a clunk when I move the steering right and left at stand-still.
-Regulator for Indiglo gauges has gone bad, so it only lights up sporadically. It's a 10 dollar part, but I've been too lazy to change it.
-Rear stereo antenae does not go up all the way.
-Rust by driver side rear wheel well.
-Paint is in overall nice condition, but on the hood, is showing it's age in a couple of places.
Also have a set of 17" 350z enthusiast rims that I'm riding on with Bridgestones that have about 20k on them. I'll leave these on and throw in the stock rims if I get a decent offer.
If you're interested and want to make an offer, PM me. The car has been great, but feel it's time to move on...
Posting an older pic and 2 current pics shot from my cel.

Started parting out my I30.
Based on what I'm hearing, I have another two weeks or so with the I.
