FS: 1992 nissan maxima se

1992 nissan maxima se ve30de engine, new plugs coils injectors fuel filter mass air flow meter o2 sensor engine temp sensor and belts, very little rust fairly low miles, I can't figure out the current problem (running rich and backfiring on deceleration ) have all old parts to go with it and a second set of rims that need paint removed, I'd like to fix her up I love the power she has but my pregnant wife wants her gone... also comes with the full 1992 nissan maxima repair manual for every detail of the car both ve30de and vg30e engines

Let me know if you decide to part it out, I might be interested in some body panels. How's the clear coat on the hood and trunk? If you could take clearer pics it would be appreciated!

Wish this had been in my area back in Sept. I'm surprised there hasn't been any takers yet at 450 or did you wind up selling the car locally? 450 is reasonable even if someone needed a parts car. It's unfortunate the 3rd gen section is getting so quiet these days.

starting to think it's quiet for a very good reason....lots of electrical issues with these cars and the VE is a problem child without some over-maintenance.....
take mine for example, 93 auto SE (still unsure which version of the Auto trans) first day new alternator, owned a couple weeks and already an issue i can't pinpoint as it dies when i come to a stop. regardless if in neutral or not....Cool cars for what they are for sure, but if the book of maintenance history that came with it wasn't a foreshadowing of the cars reliability, the quietness of the forums is.
