2004 Nissan Maxima: Can't Locate Valet Button to Reset Viper Car Alarm
2004 Nissan Maxima: Can't Locate Valet Button to Reset Viper Car Alarm
Hi,
I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima and after switching out the car battery, I noticed that my Viper Car Alarm doesn't chirp anymore or even alarm the car; all that it does is lock/unlock and remote start the car.
So I contacted Viper (the manufacturer of my alarm) directly and gave them the aforementioned issue and the told me that I had to reset my Viper Car Alarm utilizing the "valet switch (small black button under driver side of dash)".
But, I can't seem to locate it on my 2004 Nissan Maxima; can anyone assist or help me? If so, please also include any relevant pics of the location of the "valet switch".
Thanks in advance.
