A group of about 7 Maxima's will be leaving from Baton Rouge, LA to drive up to Maxus 2005. We will leave either Thursday or Friday sometime in the early to mid afternoon. The time we leave will depend on whether we will go to the track meet on Friday at Texas World Speedway. If you are interested in joining our caravan please post in this thread. We will be taking I-10 West from Baton Rouge to Lafayette, then I-49 North to Shreveport, then I-20 West to Dallas. If you want to join at any point, please post in this thread and let me know of your interest, we will base the time we make the journey around when most people want to make it. Most of you from southern LA, MS, AL, GA, and almost everyone from Florida will be taking I-10, so just let me know.

Frosty and I both have Valentine 1 radar detectors but if we had a lot of people following then we wouldn't be able to speed much or do anything crazy anyay.

I will save 40 miles if I meet up with you guys in Shreeveport. But I will have to take Hwy98 and I think 49 and I will end up in Jackson. I rather drive an extra 40 miles on the interstate roll through Baton Rouge.

I will be rolling out of Charlotte at about 3-4am Wednesday morning and expect to be passing through Hotlanta at about 8-ish. At the moment I am a lone runner, no caravan, no passengers.

 

We will be in BatonRouge around 2-3pm central, sound good? Maybe 1.

I was thinking of going through Jackson, but I can go about 30miles more and stay on the interstate the entire time and meet them in Baton Rouge

i am so not ready! i should have kept with it but last i remembered it was due in late june... not the 10th! help! that's 950 miles so even if i skip work all on friday i still can't make it unless i leave on thursday so i can be there friday night, miss that day, crash in some motel and be around for saturday.

guess i will be missing this one guys. i am too broke for a plane ticket so that's not going to work at all.
