MAXUS 2010: Midnight Run NYC

Ok guys this has never been done before by the Maximas and we are going to do it and do it big!!! We will be starting the caravan from the hotels in Jersey and will make it through NYC down to Times Square where we will pause for a cause of pictures!! and then move on to other places within the cruise.

Can you imagine? 100+ Maximas in Times Square at Midnight? People will just be like !!

MAXUS 2010 will be like no other! BE THERE!!!!

Right now, Broadway has a few blocks that are blocked, but 7th isn't also, The mayor did it as a test. I bet by summer time they will lift that.

Ahahah wow! Times Square is ridiculous as it is with a few cars. With 100+ maximas, damnn a site to see. For the people that do not know, theres is a NYPD booth right there so be warned. This is definitely a sick idea though.

Please keep in mind that we are not going to be doing ANYTHING illegal. All we are doing is driving through Time Square w/ all the other cars. We maybe able to time it so it's a bunch of Maximas at one time but can't promise anything.

Again we are only driving through...MAYBE we can get a passenger to jump out and take pics at a red light and jump back in before it goes green or have someone be there ahead of time and we'll do drive by pics.

At no time during the entire Maxus event should anyone get in trouble w/ the police. Please leave your illegal drugs, guns/fire arms, explosives/IEDs, etc at home. do not bring it into NYC. If you are caught you will not be associated with us and you will be banned from any future Maxus events. Try not to bring attention to yourself (burn outs, loud music, running lights, etc) and you will be fine.

please don't ruin this for everyone else.

Anyway to have someone there for pics before we roll through? There is no way we will all stay together, and we will be drawing a lot of attention.

just so you guys know, i did a midnight run last weekend into time square and broadway is not only blocked off, traffic was horrid. going down 7th ave would be better. I would also suggest people having walkie talkies so people dont get lost.

we did the times square but with about 20 cars people got separated and we all met back up at jacob javits center. print out some directions for those from out of town and have multiple places where those who get lost can meet up at.

Good luck with all the Sat night traffic in Manhattan! Cabbies, drunk drivers, drunk people, and.....NYPD.

Last time I went through Times Sq. (2 weeks ago) they had a checkpoint setup, got nice ticket for tints.
