Anyway, very clean indeed, Jess. Now it's mod time! Tint, smoked sidemarkers, and clear signals and you'll be in business.

I've seen a few tutorials on how to make the turn signals clear. I think smoked side markers would look SWEET with grey luster too. But...I have no clue on how to do it on my own. Or maybe I'm just afraid to!?

Oh and for the person who asked how I did the BG. Go to photoshop with the pic, copy the pic layer, do a motion blur at 30px, then drop the opacity down to 60% and erase your blurred car to reveal the unblurred one. Makes it look like the car is moving and I like the effect. Kind of makes a nice wallpaper at 1280x1024

Haha, it really only works with a side shot I guess. And having it on the street like that doesn't hurt.

To get the full effect, you'd have to blur the wheels to look like they're rotating, and that might not be so easy.

 

To make the tires rotate...I'm thinking use the circular marquee and select the wheels then go to filter blur, radial blur and try it on each wheel. It might work. Haven't tried though!

 

Tint the windows to fix the no driver issue lol.

I think it's awesome that your name is Jess Alba. Out of sheer curiousity, are you a guy or a girl? Cuz if you're a girl and your last name is indeed Alba, I bet you have a little trouble in everyday life with your name being identical to that of a star.

ah yes, my car did look like that just 6 months ago. where does the time go? ironically, im parked right next to that exact car at work today. maybe ill take pics of the differences.

jess, be careful, cuz once the modding bug starts, it doesnt stop. first you tint the side markers, then you think that the headlights need it, then the tails, then you think all things chrome must go, so you do the window trim, then the windows, IT NEVER STOPS. haha. good lookin ride tho, enjoy, and awesome color choice.

Oh yes the modding bug...I've been through one of those before. Hehe puts a big dent in the financial dept too. I'm going to save up for some smoked side markers or make my own.
