Have the 17" rims in garage, no tires yet though. No point in putting them on now when it is going to snow in a week and this is my only vehicle. Exhaust is the next thing I need to do to fit the dual exhaust bumper.
Oh and as for the license plate, the cops around here LOVE to give "no front plate" tickets or at least use that as a reason to pull you over. NY state sux

Thanks for all the comments, Here arer the answers
It is a motostorm s5 painted to match. The only problem with it is that you can see the ugly horn and hood latch through the grill, so I took some black bumper mesh and some lexan and made a backing for the grill.
Custom enterprise has an ebay account and they sell certain parts really cheap sometimes. I got it for $125+ shipping.
Still illegal, they actually wrote the law stating that it has to be on the furthest forward point of the car.
I got the rear bumper, grill, spoiler, and front bumper painted for $650. I actually painted the side skirts and lip myself with the paradox systems paint kit and disassembled and reassembled.installed everything myself. I was quoted another $350 to have the skirts and lip painted. It doesn't fully match, but if I was too picky I would have painted the whole car.
I put the kit on because I bought it in April. and I just had to get it completed, i'm sure people on here can relate. When it starts snowing I will probably just take the front lip off, unless I want to plow my driveway.
I do still have the OEM bracket, but it really is a trade off. The OEM place ruins the lines of the bumper so i opted for something different. I am not totally happy with it, but I will move to a better state soon. I do need to paint the recessed part, in the groove of the bumper, black again though. I want to throw the plate in the garbage or get one of these:

Do you have an OEM bumper bracket?

I like the car overall. Looks good to me. Plate looks goofy, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm glad that AL. doesn't have goofy laws for cars, but we have more goofy problems though. Looks like all you need is some tint, exhaust and some rims and you'll be set. Keep up the good work!!

Moving on from the front tag...the MUDFLAPS kill the lines
That grill is HOT, really sets the car off. I would swap to a rear bumper that matches the kit more. With a set of rims that car will be in a different class.
Overall well done, put the finishing touches on it!!

Looks real good, who cares about the license plate for now its the law, Now if you're going to a car show then it would make sense to remove it. Personally I would've put the rims on first but when money and snow are an obstable you cant do much about it. I'm not saying money is an obstacle for you but I'm guessing since you havent gotten tires yet.
Enjoy your car and take care of it dude!

You should have spent the money you spent on the kit, and invested in some nice wheels...
... instead of meat hooks for a license plate frame
... and a cheese grater for the grill
... and, wow, the rear, ummm
but to each his own, right?
