it wasn't my falt he jump in to traffic with out looking.

no, i hit my nees against the dash and now my back starting to hurt.

i had the lowest insurance but the other car insurance probably going to give me the value of the car.

the air bags didnt come out.

they havnt inspected but mostlikely it totaled.

 

the damage cost more then the value of the car. so most likely im getting 5 gs for a new car

it broke my heart when i saw my hood dent up. almost cryed

I had so many plans for my car and this happend.

I'll tell you. if my ride was hooked up I would of went to jail that day for murder lol. J/p........well maybe.....whos knows?

but i am so damn mad!!

 

just got my police report and this cop wrote and lazy report.

the cop wrote that i hit the car in the drvers front door. witch in the picture clearly you could see the damage after the door.

and this guy had the nerve to say that "I was on the rode for a while he just came out of nowhere and hit me"

If he was on the rode then why didnt I slow down and let you guy by instead of ramming my saden against your pick up??

i hope my lawyer and i could fight this if not man............

Well, we can clearly see that he wasnt too far into the road, it looks like he tried to jet out there. If he was on the road for a while you probably would have rear ended him than hit him on the side. He didnt even get out of the gas station good enough. Hope everything works out.

My first maxima looked just like yours. and it got totaled too but anyway the good thing is that your are fine.
