Hmm, whaddya think... (updated)

Got some Z32 TT wheels and tires for dirt cheap. They're staggered but I'm thinking of running the rears up front for awhile and picking up another set of rears off of someone else soon. Tell me what you think.

Wheels/tires (rears are bald though):

On the car:

245/45 vs 215/55:

Ohhhh you's a nasty biitch... nice and wide

Yeah, ordered new 245s and then I'll mount em/post pics. They should be here in 3 or so days.

Nice clean wheels. What are you wrapping them in?

Unfortunately I'm a little short on cash, so I'm wrapping the rears (well fronts in my case ) with 245/45R16 Ecsta 712s. The fronts are 225/50R16 RE750s.

Thanks for the comments, once I put the wheels on the car I immediately fell in love with them.

Cool to see you got your new wheels. They look good but when you get a chance post up side pics.

Surprised no one's noticed that the wheel's on backwards...

Oh well. Yeah, I'd like to see it without the monster gap as well, but the wider tires have no pressure in 'em so I didn't want to drop it on 'em. I think I'm going to go put the 225s on the front for now, since my car already has two types of wheels on it, hahaha. I'll post some more pics in this thread then.

Again, thanks for the comments guys.

Okay, I put the two 225s on the front of the car, and am lucky that I did so:

Anyway, here are a few pics. The handling response is greatly improved and it really sticks to the road.

Before, rear pass. side wheel/tire:

Before, front pass. side wheel/tire:

After, front wheel/tire:

215/55 in rear and 225/50 in front

That's quite a lot of meat, and that's not even a 245... and yeah they're quite dusty, as is my entire car, but I'm going to clean it off soon, don't you worry.

Yeah yeah, I'm thinking about buying a floor jack to put in my car.

I needed to do it quick... and take a look at that tire, I didn't want to drive another 10 miles on that thing, haha..

Oh well. I'm sure I'll want to experiment with putting the rears on the front and vice versa, so your jack will get plenty of exercise sooner or later.

Rears will be coming in a few days, I'll get em mounted and hopefully by friday or saturday I'll have a full set of Z32TT wheels on my car.

Huh? I like the look of the stock alloy color, contrasts well with my body color. It does have quite a bit of curb rash... but I think that if I repainted them it would be the same color. Err... for now.
