Probably some E2 who had some sea pay saved up, haah.I was only down there for Friday night/Saturday morning for a buddy's birthday party...got there early and spent a few hours driving around my old stomping grounds (***, Norfolk, Ocean View, etc). I lived in VaBch when I was really young, and then in Norfolk from 5th to 10th grade, and for a summer after my freshman year of college.
I'm a Navy brat (and I now work for the Navy as a civilian) so I've spent alot of time around navy bases.... ALOT of time.
20s must be brutal down in Norfolk though...all the roads there have so many expansion joints and ridges (though few potholes), especially I64...I was getting annoyed at the roads rolling with my 18's. Couldn't imagine all that jarring around on 20's.
yeah pretty much been here my whole life, me and my bro (BLAXIMA2K4)..we were raised Navy brats in this area..now we're both in the service..both joined up together and have been in for almost 7 years now..and have been stationed here in VA since then...

nice back ground, very appropriate and classy. ive only been on the USS Intrepid in NYC, which is very cool, but with SO many planes on it you cant really get a good feel as to how big the deck is.
