my car, an empty lot, and a setting sun

saw the opportunity to take these pics after work when I noticed there weren't any other cars in the lot and the sun was setting. Also happened to have my camera on me too

Interesting shots. What are those wheels from?

EDIT: Or are they hubcaps?

lol. yeah, they're mitsu hubs and my car is riding high. I don't really care so much as long as the paint is clean, and the interior is tidy and smells nice (not so easy all the time cuz I smoke). I personally don't care to spend too much on the car aside from maintenance cuz I have other hobbies to finance (like photography! )

I know, I know. It gets really cold/wet here though, so sometimes I just have to. I have a bottle of febreze in the trunk for everyday stuff and a bottle of zaino leather conditioner in the arm rest if I really need that boost of fresh pleather smell

Thanks. I was using a canon 20d with a 200mm f/2.8 lens at f/2.8. Unfortunately, damn near impossible to get background blur like that with a P&S (but if you find yourself in vancouver, I'll be happy to take pics of your car for you ).

I thought those hubcaps looked a lot like my old Galant's!! :-P If you ever happen to lose one, go to www.hubcapkingdom.com- much cheaper than an OEM. I had to replace a few myself...

Nice photos though-they came out awesome!
