HID's...? (see my picture) (xenon, not halogen, but don't confuse them with halogen bulbs filled with some xenon gas)

Are you talking about ricer bulbs or an HID kit? You can get ricer bulbs for like $10 on eBay. HID's are a lot more expensive.
Here is an example of a ricer bulb I wouldn't get it, they blow out quick and give poor output.

If you just want blue bulbs, they're darker than stock, you can't see at all in the rain and 98% of them blow out on you very quickly. But you can get them. Anywhere from $10-100 a pair I think.

If you're talking the real HIDs (the ones that are really bright), you would have to get a kit, we're talking ~$300, since you need the special bulbs, and ballasts/igniters for them, in addition to the adaptors for the stock wiring. And even then, if you put them in your stock headlights you'll blind people since they're not made for them.

If you want amazing HID projectors that will put out even more light and won't blind anyone, like tatanko, b00b, kingrukus or DpG $h0rTeE have, then expect to shell out upwards of $500 for a retrofit and all the necessary hardware.
