A Few Night Shots of My '98 SE

This was my first night shoot and I found it to be pretty frustrating but I got a couple shots I thought I would share.

Yes, the underside is painted gloss black.

A tad dark in some shots, I would lower the Aperature slightly.. How long of an exposure did you set it for?

My digital is more of a point and shoot, are there any things I can change in the future to crisp the images up a bit. I pretty much just set it to night mode and did my best to use objects (trash can, curb, wall) to steady the camera. Any tips are more than welcome.

Nice shots, that thing is more stealthy than a B2 bomber.

Try lowering your ISO, raise the exposure and get a tripod( I always have my tripod with me)...

but nonetheless, great pics

I kind of just evolved into this look. I won't change out the wheels for a few months because I picked these up from a local .orger with almost new tread on them.

Maybe I can get an aluminum wing to really "set it off"

Or maybe we just happen to be into similar clean looks? You've got to remember you have been in it for a good bit longer....

Thanks man, I was contemplating doing some headlight work but I have come to like the contrast with the otherwise all black theme.

Your Cefiro clones look really good against the white.

Your maxima looks awesome man! Loved what you've done with it and kept it real clean. What made you get rid of the D2's? Looks great anyways! DTM Mod FTW!

I was having minor, but time consuming issues and I did not have a spare setup to put on so I could take the time I needed to work on the D2's.

I don't think %90 of people would have been bothered (MDeezy loves em!) with these issues but that is just how I am, very particular.

I have not regretted it as I feel I have the Tein/AGX setup tuned fairly well and enjoy it on a daily basis. I think I probably will get another set of coilovers, perhaps Tein or JIC, maybe even KSport. I have nothing against the D2 Racing Sport coilovers, I would probably just try something different.

Thanks for the compliments, your car has really gotten out of hand since you put the Volks on a couple months ago, looks awesome.

Yes coilovers need a fairly good amount of mantainance, especially in midwest weather where it rains, hails, snows, every other 2 days.

Very nice looking car. When taking night shots, should the flash be turned on or off?
